Fiona's Heart was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: that every woman — regardless of her background, resources, or circumstances — deserves access to compassionate, quality mental health and addiction support.
We understand that barriers are real. Cost, stigma, geography, and lack of information keep too many women from the care they need. That's why we work tirelessly to bridge those gaps — connecting women to services, resources, and communities that truly understand their journey.
As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every dollar donated goes directly toward helping women find the support, strength, and stability they deserve.

Fiona's Heart was founded in memory of Dr. Fiona Ray — a devoted champion for women's mental health and addiction recovery whose compassion, expertise, and unwavering belief in every woman's potential left an indelible mark on all who knew her.
Dr. Ray dedicated her life to ensuring that women at every stage of life had access to the highest quality mental health support and addiction treatment services. She understood that healing is not a luxury — it is a right — and she fought tirelessly to make that a reality.
She believed in the strength of every woman before they could believe in themselves — and that is the heart we carry forward.
No woman should have to fight for her own healing alone — Fiona's Heart exists so she never has to.
